If I missed the Kickstarter campaign, can I pre-order your Oracle decks with the Numinous Tarot to save on shipping?

Not at the moment. If you’d like to combine shipping on an order with multiple decks offered by Numinous Spirit Press, please wait until all three decks are available for direct sale in the web store (numinousspiritpress.bigcartel.com) in the fall. Thank you!

For Kickstarter backers: Will the oracle decks that are already in stock ship earlier than the Numinous Tarot?

No. If you pledged for multiple decks during the Kickstarter, they will all ship together once the Numinous Tarot arrives in late summer/early fall–that way we all save on shipping costs and it’s easier to keep track of one single package per backer.

My order hasn't shipped/hasn't arrived, can I get an update?

The estimated date that Kickstarter and pre-orders will ship is October 2021. If it’s before that date, please be patient! If it’s past that date, please check the Updates tab on the Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/numinousspiritpress/the-numinous-tarot-third-printing/posts) to see what has and hasn’t happened yet with shipping. It will take me several weeks to ship all of the packages. Emails will be sent out at various points along the way, including when packages ship. You can check the status of your order here in Backerkit and access any tracking numbers that may have been provided if your email seems to have been lost.

If your order in Backerkit says “shipped” but it’s been a long time (over 2 weeks in the US, over 2 months outside the US) and you still haven’t received it, please email me at [email protected] or submit a support ticket here on Backerkit and I will look into it–I’m happy to send replacement packages if yours is truly lost, which does sometimes happen.

I'm moving/have moved/etc, can I change my shipping address/can you hold or prioritize my order?

Almost certainly! You can change your address here on Backerkit up until it’s time for the decks to ship. If your address has been locked but your order hasn’t been marked “shipped” yet, please submit a support ticket or email me at [email protected]. I am happy to hold orders or try to prioritize them when possible if the decks end up shipping while you’re in transition between living spaces.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
